2026 SeedZ Management Trainee Program

Full Interview Process Breakdown

Standard SeedZ MT Process (6 stages)

Stage 1: Resume screening + video

In 2026 you must submit a 2-minute English video; in past years it was a 30-second video, with prompts such as:

Stage 2: Digital Interview (written English test)

Three written responses in English, no time limit, non-technical. Sample questions:

Stage 3: Assessment Centre (full day)

Morning (3 to 4 hours): English group case discussion

Around 10 finalists sit around a round table, with department managers and brand managers observing from behind. There are 3 to 4 English cases back to back, each lasting about 45 minutes (including 10 minutes of reading). The discussion is entirely self-facilitated by the candidates.

Example case: a whitening product has a limited FDA approval window, a limited budget, and you must choose a brand ambassador strategy.
