Full Breakdown of the Interview Process

The NIVEA summer internship interview process is divided into four stages, spanning about three months:

Stage 1: Resume Screening (3/18-4/26)

You need to do two things at once:

  1. Fill out the Microsoft Forms online form
  2. Send your application email to adeccotw.campus@adecco.com
    • Email subject format: "2026 NIVEA Intern_Chinese Name_English Name_Phone Number_Role Applied For"
    • Attachments: English resume plus motivation statement (in the email body or as an attached file)

Stage 2: Phone Interview (3/19-4/28)

Those who pass the resume screening receive a phone interview from Adecco, about 8 minutes. Based on past experience, the phone interview is conducted by the Adecco team and usually asks only 2 to 3 basic questions, including a self-introduction and your motivation for applying.

Stage 3: Video Submission (4/29-5/10)

After passing the phone interview, you are notified by email to record a video. Based on past experience, the video is usually a 30 to 60 second English self-pitch explaining why you want to join NIVEA.

Stage 4: In-Person Interview (6/2, all day)

The final interview is an all-day event, in-person only. According to a 2024 Dcard share, the in-person interview day includes:

  • Morning: company introduction and the general manager's remarks, intern experience sharing, and group project presentations
  • Afternoon: group interview, individual interview (about 15 minutes), and a QA segment
