All purchases made through the Website are processed by a third party payment processor, Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle has a privacy policy (paddle.com/legal/privacy) that describes their collection and use of personal information. Mocky does not control Paddle or its collection or use of information. Paddle provides us with certain non-personal information relating to purchases made by visitors to the Website. The non-personal purchase information may be linked to the Personal Information you provide to us (typically limited to your email address, as stated above). Paddle does not supply us with any of your other Personal Information such as your name, street address, or credit card information.

AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (including xAI/Grok and ElevenLabs) to power interview simulations, voice synthesis, and coaching features. Your interview content may be processed by these services. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Use and Processing of Collected Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our interview practice services
• Personalize your interview experience
• Process transactions
• Send necessary notifications

Information Transfer and Storage

• MongoDB Atlas — primary database for user accounts and interview sessions
• Cloudflare — object storage (R2 for audio and CV uploads), transactional email delivery, and edge worker hosting
• xAI (Grok) — AI interview simulation, text-to-speech, and the realtime voice agent powering Coach and Live Interview modes
• ElevenLabs — premium text-to-speech for anonymous and paid users

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Each sub-processor is bound by its own terms and privacy policy and only receives the data necessary to perform its function.
